Universal Design for Online Learning: New Class
The artifact here represents an entire certification class. It represents a course that has specifically been created for ADA section 508 and UDL for faculty certification. The image below is the welcome page of this course.
This entire course demonstrates bullet point three in the standard nine that a teacher adapts and adjusts instruction to create multie paths to learning objectives
A course like this my design in order to emphasize the urgent need and control the compliance issues and vulnerabilities.. Students are faculty in this artifact and must pass this class prior to teaching online. I have created this class with multiple pathways to succeed and appealing to all learning styles and disabilities.

Universal Design for Online Learning
This is a short video about how Universal Design for Learning (UDL) helps UCC students. The learning lesson of the video is for my students to better understand and personalize the need to comply with this mandate for learners with disabilities.
All videos, including YouTube (captions are not acceptable) are captioned via a state grant that allows faculty to have their videos for online classes captioned and transcript for free by using our Blackboard system.
Alter watching the video students have a learning task they must do to prove they understand and can connect the learning with the importance of Accessibility
